ABC Companies provides a $5,000 Critical Illness policy for all employees at no cost. This policy pays a lump sum benefit directly to you upon the first diagnosis of a covered critical illness. You are also eligible to receive an annual wellness benefit of $75 for being proactive with your health and having one of the covered preventive screenings.
Additional coverage options are available through a paycheck deduction for additional benefit amounts on yourself, a spouse and/or dependent children. These options are available to you at your cost and are underwritten by USAble Life.
