Professional Licensure & Certification
ABC Companies will reimburse an employee for the full cost of the exam fee for the above licenses/certifications upon proof of successful completion. ABC Companies allows up to two hours of paid time to take the test, or eight hours for the employee’s first PE exam. Employees who receive their initial PE license will also receive a one-time bonus in the amount of $1,000! ABC Companies will also renew one state PE license per renewal period.
ABC Companies will pay membership dues for each employee to participate in one professional organization/association each year. The employee is required to attend at least 50% of the organization’s meetings during the membership year.
Upon pre-approval by an Executive Principal, employees may receive tuition assistance from ABC Companies for professional development or job-related courses. ABC Companies will reimburse 50% of the tuition cost once it is completed with a passing grade.
Training Time Off (TTO)
Regular full-time and part-time employees (who work at least 30 hours per week) will receive 8 hours of TTO upon hire and will accrue up to 6 hours of TTO per year, to a maximum of 24 hours. TTO may be used for professional development/job-related seminars, conferences, and training courses delivered internally or externally of ABC Companies.
ABC Companies offers extensive in-house training opportunities to employees during normal business hours. These training sessions are usually not mandatory. Employees may use their accrued TTO to attend these sessions.
Within the first 60 days of employment, as well as annually thereafter, ABC Companies will conduct performance reviews to assess overall employee performance and establish professional development goals.
