401(k) Retirement Plan
ABC Companies’ 401(k) plan provides employees the opportunity to contribute their own money using pretax dollars for their future retirement, and to share in ABC Companies discretionary contributions to the plan. The plan allows an employee to participate after completing 3 months of service by the end of a 12 month period with your employer. See the summary plan description (SPD) for more information. Holidays
ABC Companies provides the following 8 holidays for eligible employees.
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day & the following Friday
- Christmas Day plus a following Floating Day
Vacation
Vacation time is based on years of service with the company.
- Length of Service – Vacation Per Year
- First through Fifth year – 12 days
- Sixth through Tenth year – 15 days
- Eleventh through Fifteenth year – 18 days
- Sixteenth year and longer – 21 days

Personal/Sick Time
Personal/Sick time is accrued on a per pay period basis up to 5 days per year.
Health Club Membership
Employees that desire to use a commercial fitness/recreation facility can submit a request for reimbursement of a portion of their membership. The reimbursement will be based upon 50% of the annual individual membership fee for the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center. A copy of the paid invoice should be submitted along with their expense report.
